Miles ends up paying a visit to the Wild West in Spider-Verse #4. And he has to help out a Web-Slinging Cowboy and his horse before he can move on. Landing on Earth-31913, Miles finds himself in a perfect situation to help. Web-Slinger needs to stop the Scorpion from terrorizing a small Hispanic village. But he doesn’t speak Spanish. Miles does though so they ride out to confront El Escorpion.
Another good installment and another good spidersona in the Web-Slinger. A lot of good comedy mixed in with the action of this issue. That makes for a fun read. I really enjoyed the villain and how Scorpion was used. For creating a whole story in a single issue, Spider-Verse does a really good job. Reminds me of Quantum Leap. Yes, I’m that old.
Check out more issues in stock at TFAW.com. They normally have many of the current issues in stock.
If you’re looking for older issues, your best bet may be MyComicShop.com. They have auctions and tons of other ways to buy some back issues and even current ones.
If you can’t find anything you’re looking for in physical format, Comixology is a great digital comic spot to checkout. All three have subscription services so that you never miss a new issue.
